Shipping & Delivery

All prices quoted within GB chew website do not include VAT as we do not charge VAT at this stage. All postage for weekday orders in England and Wales is included by us, although Saturday deliveries there is a charge of £8.55 for up to 25 boxes of 12 GB chew slices. Sundays and public holidays we do not deliver. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, GB chew cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, service interruptions, etc.


We use the courier company APC Overnight. Postage is calculated by the weight of the order and delivery address. If your parcel ends up going back to your local depot you can use their depot finder to collect it or book for a re-delivery. Saturday deliveries are made by Royal Mail. Please contact info@GB chew.co,uk if you have any problems, not APC or our warehouse, thank you.

Privacy & Security
This website takes precautions to protect users’ information. GB chew uses STRIPE payment processing to ensure your credit card will be protected against fraudulent use while on our site.
Returns & Replacements

We hope that you are satisfied with our products, but if you are at all dissatisfied then please get in touch by emailing us at info@GB chew.co.uk and we will be happy to discuss any queries or issues.

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be shipped automatically and cannot be changed or cancelled. We understand you may wish to return the product to us when your goods have been received. We have created this 10 day returns policy as long as it is unused, not damaged and returned in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt of your foods and you have notified us of the reason for the return. Once opened, due to hygiene we are unable to make a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty.

This returns policy applies to customers irrespective of your geographical location. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, please remember to include the receipt on your refund.
